Process Engineer for Production Optimization

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to oversee production scheduling and evaluate process parameters. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and eliminating sources of failure, perfecting product functionality, and stabilizing processes.

  • Evaluate and establish process parameters
  • Identify and eliminate sources of failure and perfect functionality of products
  • Define process problems that lead to throughput or quality issues, evaluate cause of problem, implement solutions to stabilize processes, increase production output, reduce production cycle and enhance cost improvement
  • Investigate and implement solutions on process or material related problems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training on equipment operation and maintenance
  • Ensure manufacturing objectives are met and initiate continuous improvement activities on product quality, yields and technologies

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Electronics Engineering or related discipline
  • Has minimum 2 years of related working experience
  • Prior electroplating experience is an added advantage
