Manufacturing Process Specialist

Overview:

As a manufacturing process specialist, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing the production process from raw materials to finished parts. Your primary goal is to optimize the production process to meet customer requirements and ensure that all products meet technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization:

    Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes in accordance with engineering standards and drawings.

  • Work Instruction Development:

    Create or update work instructions and design jigs and fixtures to support CNC section operations.

  • Quality Control:

    Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all products meet technical specifications.

  • Change Management:

    Manage changes to meet customer requirements and support RFQ proposal process.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Mechanical/Precision Engineering or related field is required.

  • At least 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry is necessary.

  • Mastery of Master-CAM programming and hands-on CNC milling/turning fabrication experience is preferred.
