About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our fleet's performance optimization initiatives.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize vehicle performance and workshop efficiency by leading mini-projects and implementing data-driven decisions.
- Work closely with technicians, contractors, and vendors to resolve complex problems and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to innovate and improve operational processes, suggesting upgrades and tweaks to enhance fleet management.
- Monitor and analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights.
- Manage the entire asset lifecycle, from acquisition to retirement, ensuring optimal utilization of vehicles and equipment.
