Manufacturing Optimization Lead

This position oversees the continuous improvement of our factory's processes, ensuring sustainable growth and competitiveness. The Manufacturing Optimization Lead coordinates initiatives to develop and implement efficient improvements, reducing costs while maintaining quality standards.

A day in the life involves collaborating with teams on Total Performance Management activities, coaching pillar leaders, promoting knowledge sharing, and coordinating external support if necessary. Additionally, this role motivates employees through positive attitude and stimulates change in traditional mindsets.

The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Engineering or a related field, with 5-7 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity. Demonstrated leadership skills, intermediate knowledge of TPM, and good understanding of business needs are also essential.
