We seek a Manufacturing Excellence Manager to be a guardian of the improvement process for our factory. This role will coordinate and drive factory initiatives to develop, implement, and maintain sustainable improvements, cost reduction, and competitiveness while maintaining high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate will ensure and optimize the use of resources through the identification and elimination of losses. They will serve as a center of expertise for dissemination, guidance, and implementation of focused improvement methodologies in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the implementation of TPM methodology at the factory.
  • Coach and support pillar leaders and teams in TPM activities.
  • Promote cross-fertilization of ideas and motivate people.
  • Coordinate external consultants and integrate pillars.
  • Measure factory standards and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related fields, 5-7 years of relevant working experience, demonstrated capability to lead a group of people, intermediate knowledge of TPM, good understanding of business needs, exposure to implementing continuous improvement techniques, problem-solving skills, change management, and good stakeholder management.
