Process Optimization Lead

This role focuses on driving operational excellence within our Revenue Cycle Management organization.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze existing workflows across RCM functions, such as coding, billing, and denials management, to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives that align with organizational goals.
  • Collect and analyze operational data to uncover trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring stakeholder alignment and minimal disruption to operations.

  • Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in process optimization, operations management, or a related role.
  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
