Business Development Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to drive strategic initiatives and enhance investment product offerings.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to define and execute strategic priorities.

You will track performance metrics, user data, and KPIs related to platform usage and investment flows.

Additionally, you will contribute to the development and improvement of digital investment offerings, such as ETFs, robo-advisory tools, and goal-based investing.

Furthermore, you will benchmark competitors and monitor industry trends, including regulation, UX, and personalization in investment apps.

You will work collaboratively with product, engineering, and compliance teams to support product roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute strategic priorities with the CEO and department leads.
  • Track performance metrics, user data, and KPIs related to platform usage and investment flows.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of digital investment offerings.
  • Benchmark competitors and monitor industry trends.
  • Support product roadmaps through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong understanding of Southeast Asian financial markets, including cultural and economic nuances.
  • Prior experience in wealth management and equities is preferred.
  • Proven track record in sales or business development within the financial sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance/business but not compulsory.
