Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to identify new opportunities and expand existing relationships.
- Conduct market analysis and research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in an airline, OEM, or MRO sales/marketing environment.
- Proven track record of success in business development and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
