Our organization seeks a Strategic Business Growth Specialist to oversee a portfolio of client accounts and foster strong working relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts
  • Attend and present at meetings or tenders on behalf of the organization
  • Prepare sales proposals and follow up on purchase orders
  • Build and maintain positive business relationships with clients
  • Resolve issues and provide solutions promptly
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, distributors, resellers, and manufacturers for quotations and pricing negotiations

To succeed in this role, you will require a bachelor's degree or diploma in business, marketing, economics, or a related field, as well as minimum two years' experience in IT sales in a sales manager role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace is also required. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and suppliers are essential.
