Job Summary

A high-performing Strategic Business Growth Specialist is sought after to spearhead business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships, sales initiatives, and market analysis.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking strategies.
  • Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable product or service solutions.
  • Promote and deliver proposals to prospective clients, negotiating and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales approaches.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in business development or sales; prior experience in industrial solutions, B2B, or technical sales is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
