About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Logistics team as a Customer Service Officer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Submit reports to customers on a timely basis, meeting established schedules.
  • Investigate root causes of operational incidents and service failures, providing recommendations for improvement to CS Managers and Management.
  • Liaise closely with customers to resolve order or shipment-related issues.
Cycle Count
  • Perform initial cycle counts as scheduled, ensuring accurate reconciliation of stock discrepancies.
  • Maintain proper records of cycle count sheets for audit trail purposes.
Inventory Management
  • Manage customer inventory within their WMS system, ensuring accurate tracking and reconciliation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing, with all necessary supporting documents.
  • Adhere to relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI).
  • Maintain safekeeping and traceability of customer documents and records.
  • Capture and update KPI measurements, orders management, and orders' turnaround time metrics.
  • Compile and compute monthly KPI reports.
  • Achieve and maintain consistent KPIs, suggesting improvements when necessary.
Requirements
  • Preferably a Diploma in Logistics or Business Administration.
  • Candidates with no experience but relevant skills may apply.
  • Customer service-oriented and team player.
  • Product and system knowledge, as well as MS Office skills.
