JLL is seeking a highly skilled Facilities and Operations Manager to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our Integrated Facilities Management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the smooth operation of our client's facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive management services to run day-to-day operations and services of our client's facilities.
  • Manage and maintain consistent high-quality service levels in line with SLA's and KPI's, with a focus on driving continuous improvement in our client's workplace.
  • Assist the Facilities Manager in achieving the account's targets and work with the other team members to meet all key performance indicators as agreed with the client.
  • Be the on-site key point of contact for the key stakeholders or client, and be involved in a wide range of activities and responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of property operations and facilities management.
  • At least three years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
