As a key player in our Global Asset Management team, you will be responsible for building the business by developing sales and retention strategies across targeted external distributors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales and servicing strategies to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
- Work closely with Marketing and Client Service and Sales Support to develop high-quality marketing and sales materials.
- Formulate effective product strategies suited for the respective distributors and market.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively discuss relevant strategies and solutions.
- Drive feedback to assess client satisfaction and proactively address pain points in a timely manner.
Leadership & Teamwork
- Fulfill strategic leadership role by ensuring smooth functioning of the team and running of the partnership distribution business.
- Foster professional and positive relationships with clients, team, and internal counterparts.
- Work in partnership with regional and global teams to effectively implement sales strategy for partnership distribution accounts.
Requirements
- Degree qualification, preferably in Finance.
- Over ten years of experience in similar roles in asset management firms.
To be considered for this role, the relevant rights to work in Singapore are required.
