Head of Channel Management

As the Head of Channel Management at GXS Bank, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of SME Banking business through strategic and diversified acquisition channels. This role requires a dynamic and experienced leader with deep understanding of the SME sectors in Singapore, exceptional relationship-building skills and a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the execution of partnership agreements, ensuring mutual value and effective integration.
Develop and implement strategies to diversify SME acquisition channels through partnerships with online aggregators, corporate services providers, referral partners, etc.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of all acquisition channels, utilizing data and analytics to refine strategies and improve outcomes
Innovate and optimize channel strategies to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, ensuring sustainable growth and competitive advantage
Work collaboratively with Retail and SME teams to develop and execute GTM strategies that aligned with the bank’s objectives
Collaborate with marketing and related teams, oversea planning, execution and evaluation of marketing campaigns associated with channel initiatives
Provide regular updates and strategic insights to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, market trends and area for improvement in channel initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience (at least 10+ years) in strategic partnerships, channel management, or a related role within the banking or financial services industry.
In-depth understanding of SME Banking, with a focus on customer acquisition and partnership strategies.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic partnership plans that drive business growth.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Ability to navigate and partner well with cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and achieving common goals.
Strategic thinker with a visionary approach to partnership and channel management.
Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels.
