Sales Support Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Support Manager to join our team. As a Sales Support Manager, you will provide pre-sales and post-sales consulting to our customers, focusing on order fulfillment processes, customer service requests, and account management.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and coordinating the end-to-end customer experience
- Resolving customer service issues for complex, multi-country or multi-regional accounts
- Acting as a liaison between customers and internal organizations such as Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics and Service Delivery
- Influencing changes to production and/or shipping schedules and price changes
- Project management of country, regional or multi-country projects
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Management, Customer Service Operations or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point
- Knowledge in SAP or similar ERP system is a plus
