Job Title: Senior Executive, Examinations

LKCMedicine is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to support the Years 3 to 5 examinations and assessments. The successful candidate will play a key role in administering the Compulsory Assessment Forms and Quizzes, as well as supporting the implementation and review of examination policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer the Compulsory Assessment Forms and Quizzes across Years 3 to 5
  • Administer processes and operations for examinations and assessments
  • Support the implementation and review of examination policies and processes
  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of examination and assessment data
  • Manage the examination system
  • Provide support in examination administration and events
Requirements:
  • A recognised degree in any discipline, with at least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in education administration
  • Knowledge and understanding of examinations and assessment administration, preferably gained in a higher education institution
  • Proficiency in statistics and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong aptitude and experience in IT and data management
  • Resilient, meticulous and analytical
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently under time pressure
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

This is a 3 years contract appointment.
