Principal Engagement Manager, Deployment Review and Assessment

About the Role
Workday is looking for a Principal Deployment Review and Assessment Manager (DRM) with Strong HCM or Financials expertise to join our growing Deployment Review and Assessment team.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate proficiency in the Workday’ HCM and Financials product suite
Ability to work in diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams
Provide guidance to partner and client resources during escalations
Ability to juggle multiple projects and issues simultaneously
Work with customer project managers to ensure the service is completed on time and per expectations
Confirm that projects are on schedule per defined project timeline
Attend Executive Steering Committee meetings during project critical issue situations or,
Be a liaison for sales and partner relations by providing partner implementation success data
About You
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of experience of project management with HCM, Payroll or Financial implementations within medium enterprise, large enterprise, higher education and/or state and local governments.
5+ years of experience implementing Workday. Workday experience is required
Other Qualifications
Excellent organisation, time management, and presentation skills
Ability to Present at Customer Executive Steering Committee meetings.
Experience working with customer project managers to proactively identify/resolve issues
Strong background in Workday deployment methodology and processes
Promote a positive and inclusive working environment
