As a Customer Service Executive at FLINTEX CONSULTING PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for managing frontline operations in an efficient manner. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to meet customer requirements and principal standards. You will also be responsible for achieving KPIs targets set for all up-selling programs and coordinating service operation matters with other franchises. Additionally, you will manage WIP invoicing, achieve quality service, and maintain good customer relations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all frontline operations in an efficient manner
Meet customer requirements and principal standards
Achieve KPIs targets set for all up-selling programs
Coordinate service operation matters with other franchises
Manage WIP invoicing
Achieve quality service and maintain good customer relations
Attend to all complaint/feedback related to customer issues
Monitor KPIs targets set for all up-selling programs and take initiative to meet or exceed targets
Assist in rolling out new programs to up-sell new products within the centre
Assist in overseeing on-time delivery of repair vehicles
Participate in ad-hoc projects
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering
At least 3 years of working experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and is a strong team player
Valid Class 3 driving license
