\We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale data centre migration project. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to oversee the transition between technology vendors and manage the project lifecycle from plan to cutover and stabilization.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale data centre migration project, encompassing approximately 10,000 VMs and physical infrastructure.\
- Oversee the transition between technology vendors and manage the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution from planning through to cutover and stabilization.\
- Track and manage resources, schedules, scope, and cost to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.\
- Collaborate with infra architects, engineering, and build teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements.\
- Ensure project deliverables align with compliance, risk, and security frameworks, maintaining the highest standards of governance and regulatory adherence.\
- Prioritize stakeholder management by collaborating with infrastructure stakeholders, technical leads, and external vendors to drive alignment on deliverables and resolve any roadblocks or competing priorities.\
- Maintain open communication channels with senior stakeholders and governance boards, providing regular progress updates and addressing any concerns in a transparent manner.\
- Prepare comprehensive investment decks and drive key project committee meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned with project objectives.\
- Develop and maintain project dashboards, risk registers, and documentation to facilitate effective decision-making and minimize risks.\
- Develop and execute change control strategies, proactively mitigating potential issues and ensuring smooth project progression.\
- Requirements:\

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.\
- No less than 8 years of experience in IT Project Management, with a proven track record in leading large-scale data centre or infrastructure migration projects (>2000 servers).\
- Strong understanding of virtualization, physical server migration, and infrastructure design principles.\
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.\
- Certifications such as PMP, Agile/ACP, or Prince2 are highly desirable but not mandatory.\
- A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.\
- A self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.\
