**Job Title:** Resident Project Manager

Job Description:

The role of a resident project manager involves overseeing the successful execution of large-scale data centre migration projects. This entails managing the transition of virtual machines from one technology provider to another within a hypervisor-based environment.

  • Leading and managing migration tracks, ensuring clear accountability, progress tracking, and vendor performance management.

  • Driving the project across its full lifecycle, covering planning, infrastructure design, build, cutover, and post-migration stabilization in compliance with industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage complex migrations involving multiple stakeholders.

  • Experience in leading large-scale data centre migration projects, with a focus on vendor management and performance monitoring.

  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, virtualization, and data centre operations.
