Job Title: Customer Service Excellence Ambassador Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Excellence Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for cues.
  • Communicate information to management so that the team can respond as necessary to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere during each shift.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in partner morale and performance and communicating them to management.
  • FOLLOW operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Requirements:

  • At least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree.
  • No previous experience required; training will be provided.
  • Ability to commit for the long-term.
  • Availability to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or public holidays.
