Job Title: Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly customer service ambassador to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask with ease, and provide exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:
The customer service ambassador is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the dining area. This includes greeting guests at their tables, taking food and drink orders, and responding to guest needs in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Greet guests at their tables, ensuring a clean and tidy dining area.
  2. Provide attentive and prompt customer service, taking food and drink orders and responding to guest needs.
  3. Assist with barista and pantry duties, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  4. Bus tables and perform general housekeeping tasks, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and tidiness.
  5. Participate in preparation and table setup, ensuring the dining area is visually appealing and inviting.
  6. Develop knowledge of menu items, explaining ingredients and cooking methods to guests, and providing recommendations when needed.
  7. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely services are delivered, and cleanliness and organization are maintained throughout the shift.
