**Singapore - Customer Service Ambassador**:
**CUSTOMER SERVICE AMBASSADOR**

An established premium design and lifestyle resource in Singapore, Space has further raised the standards of contract solutions with recent completion of large scale projects from residential to workplaces and even the aviation sector. The Space contract team works alongside the best architects, designers and developers in the industry.

With our Bencoolen Street showroom positioned as Space Asia Hub of a gross area of over 40,000 sq ft, Space Furniture is currently seeking a customer service ambassador.

**JOB OVERVIEW**:
Proactively deliver best-in-class service on all customer-facing fronts.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To be the first point-of-contact for clients and build a positive experience throughout their visit to the showroom and online
- Provide highest standards of customer service across the client’s journey with Space
- Manage and resolve after-sales service enquiries, attend to customer complaints professionally and escalate issues appropriately. Work with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to resolve problems and facilitate solutions in delivering customer service exceeding customers’ expectations.
- Obtain and provide regular feedback on service levels and help to improve on existing systems, workflows, policies and procedures
- To constantly engage clientele and maintain client database
- Work with other departments and external parties to resolve problems and facilitate solutions

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:

- Diploma holder preferred or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
- Good communication, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- Possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain lasting client relationships
- Excellent team player
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
- Positive attitude and proactive mindset
