We are hiring an Ambassador to join the Customer Service team to fulfil the need of reaching out to our customers for upsell and cross-sell purposes in Navigator Investment Services. **Key Responsibilities
- To help promote awareness of company’s brand and platform as well as services, campaigns, and products etc Fulfil outbound calling based on leads provided to reach out to our B2B2C advisors and D2C clients.
- Promote our company’s campaigns as well as new branding, platform services
- Coordinate with internal teams for potential leads as well as any other issues which may arise.
- Collaborate with our Product teams with feedbacks received through the daily duties for continuous improvements.

**Requirements
**Experience
- 1-2 years of experience to speaking to external professionals over the phone

**Product Knowledge
- Any knowledge in investment products such as Unit Trust will be bonus.

**Other Skillsets
- Analytical and negotiation skills
- Eloquent and well versed in conversations with internal and external stakeholders
- Able to work independently and work well across internal teams to gather everything needed to carry out the day-to-day tasks.
