**Customer Service Ambassador Role**

We are seeking a skilled customer service professional to join our team. As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be the face of our company, responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an ambassador for our company, upholding its professional image and values.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service, ensuring complete satisfaction with every interaction.
  • Provide assistance to new customers during onboarding, creating a seamless experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O level or degree in any field or equivalent qualifications.
  • At least one year of relevant experience, or entry-level candidates with excellent communication skills and attitude.
  • Excellent English language skills, with proficiency in speaking Mandarin (for liaison with Mandarin-speaking customers).
  • Strong teamwork and people management skills, with ability to manage cross-functional relationships.
  • Self-motivated and hardworking, with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
