About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to work as a key ambassador for our organization, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver top-notch customer service and administrative support with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain accurate records, perform data entry, and update system records efficiently.
- Assist in various tasks such as payment collection, invoice issuance, and settlement of daily transactions with minimal errors.
- Contribute to a positive work environment by being a team player and assisting colleagues when needed.
- Secondary education or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a relevant field.
- Excellent working attitude, a strong sense of responsibility, and ability to multitask.
- Meticulous, well-organized, and a good team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Effective communication skills in English and Chinese to liaise with customers.
The successful candidate will be willing to work on weekends and public holidays, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
