This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a busy restaurant.

Key Responsibilities include ensuring the restaurant meets health & safety regulations, sanitation standards, and food safety guidelines, maintaining equipment and performing regular preventive maintenance, training, supervising, and motivating staff to achieve excellence in performance, providing exceptional customer experience and ensuring compliance with HR policies, conducting monthly stock-take and managing cash handling efficiently.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in restaurant management.
  • Positive work attitude, willingness to learn, and contribute to team growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with good people skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
