Strategic Financial Planner for High Net Worth Clients

Job SummaryThis is a strategic professional role that requires staying up-to-date with industry developments and contributing to directional strategy by applying knowledge within own job and the business. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing a sales territory, broad understanding of financial services, product solutions, and all aspects of planning strategies and concepts. Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with field sales managers to support field sales professionals in growing existing clients' share of wallet and winning new high net worth prospects.
- Collaborating with colleagues to offer complete advice and wealth solutions to clients.
- Leveraging specialists and wholesalers to provide subject matter expertise where appropriate and presenting at client events.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Partnering with workforce in area to grow existing clients' share of wallet and win new high net worth prospects.
- Supporting field sales professionals in delivering quality solutions that meet individual clients' needs.
- Educating sales force on product solutions and creating customized proposals for high net worth clients.
- Acting as a subject matter expert in insurance products and planning concepts.
- Maintaining recent knowledge of new products, industry trends, regulatory requirements, tax law changes, etc.
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- 5-8 years of experience in insurance product sales, preferably offshore.
- Expertise in managing a sales territory and broad understanding of financial services, product solutions, and planning strategies.
- Client-centric skills, including excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Traveling expected.
The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000-$180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Citi offers a competitive compensation package, including bonuses, stock options, and comprehensive benefits.
LocationThis role is based in Singapore and requires frequent travel within the region.
