Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled High Net Worth Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client services division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to high net worth clients and investors.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in regional wealth management and a strong ability to integrate quickly into an established team. You will work closely with clients, business support, and third-party service providers to ensure smooth transaction processing and service delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Provide excellent service to high net worth clients and investors, understanding their complex requirements and acting as a key interface in direct interactions and communication.
  • Transaction Processing: Partner with clients, business support, and third-party service providers to ensure smooth transaction processing and service delivery.
  • Market Updates: Provide market updates to clients and prepare client statements and reports.
  • Trade Orders: Execute trade orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Investment Reviews: Prepare investment reviews and periodic portfolio reviews, including portfolio rebalancing and asset allocation calibration.
  • Account Openings: Initiate account openings and ensure completion of all initial and ongoing documentation requirements.
  • Due Diligence: Perform periodic due diligence and ensure relevancy of clients' documentations.
  • CRM System: Maintain CRM system and work closely with external provider on troubleshooting and system improvements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to MAS regulatory requirements and achieve compliance standards.

Professional and Technical Requirements:

  • Wealth Management Industry: Keen interest in regional wealth management industry and aptitude to service UHNW/HNW clients.
  • Banking Products: Sound knowledge of banking products and services, including investment products.
  • Financial Tools: Proficiency with financial tools, such as Bloomberg and Microsoft Excel.
  • Programming Languages: Knowledge in VBA and other programming languages, such as SQL, preferred.
  • English Skills: Strong analytical, written and spoken English skills.
  • Mandarin Language: Mandarin language skills a bonus.
  • Banking Qualifications: Relevant banking &/or finance qualifications highly regarded.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
