We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, support requests, and escalations. The successful candidate will manage and resolve support tickets efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, they will work cross-functionally with warehouse, fulfillment, and operations teams to prevent recurrence of issues and identify opportunities for process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or operations (preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or fulfillment). They should possess strong problem-solving skills, a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing re-contracting and proactively engaging merchants before contract expiry. You will also validate invoices, track payments, and follow up on overdue collections. Furthermore, you will update shipping rates to reflect carrier price changes and ensure billing accuracy.
