Job Title: Executive Operations Lead

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Operations Lead to lead our team in driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor and continuously look for improvement on work processes, policies, directives, and standard operating procedures to ensure high efficiency, service, and quality control standards.
  2. Involve and participate in projects relating to business growth and improvements.

Requirements:
Higher Diploma in Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the healthcare industry, especially in-home care services.
Ability to work in a team and build relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with budgeting and financial management preferred.

Proficiency in using healthcare management software and technology and knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards will be an advantage.
