About the Role

At Mason & Co Pte Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Executive - Demand Planner to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts and plan delivery schedules effectively.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Monitor shipment schedules daily to ensure prompt delivery.
  • Foster collaboration with various departments on delivery planning.
  • Analyze customer forecast demand with the Purchasing Department.
  • Facilitate ECO/ECN changes and handle RMAs queries.
  • Provide costing and RFQs to customers.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
  • 2-5 years of experience in customer service-related roles.
  • Meticulous record-keeping of customer pricing and quotations.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
Salary Information

We offer an estimated salary range of SGD 45,000 - SGD 60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
