Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Home Care team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified nurse to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing high-quality care and support in a home-based setting.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on bedside care as part of our pilot home palliative project team.
  • Take on respite assignments when required.
  • Assist the home care team on other home nursing cases.
  • Advise care staff on medical issues or emergencies with clients.
  • Conduct hospital or home visits to assess new clients for home care services.
  • Work together as a team to handle complaints and crisis management.
  • Collaborate with external community partners and colleagues on client care needs.
  • Ensure strict compliance to documentation requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications:
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board, clean disciplinary record (conditional license may not apply).
  • Skills and Abilities:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable with IT tools used regularly.
  • Able to work occasional shift work for palliative patients when necessary.
