Our goal is to provide exceptional home care services, and we are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team in this endeavour.


The primary focus of this position involves the execution of nursing procedures in a home setting under Hospital at Home programmes with restructured hospitals.


  • Responsibilities include administering IV medication and other treatments as required,

  • performing phlebotomy, central line care, and IV cannulation as necessary,

  • documenting procedures in electronic medical records,

  • and charging patients for procedures performed.


To be successful in this role, applicants should have prior inpatient experience and hold valid certification in nursing skills such as SNB and BCLS. Additionally, they should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within a fast-paced environment.
