Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute eCommerce campaigns, ensuring communications, automated customer journeys, and recommended offers are properly set up and targeted to relevant customer segments.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance against sales targets by leveraging eCommerce metrics such as leads, traffic, online sales, conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Work closely with the marcom, product marketing, and customer lifecycle management (CLM) teams to enhance the performance of online campaigns through email marketing, direct mailers, content marketing, and SEO/SEM strategies.
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal stakeholders to drive, track, and analyze the performance of always-on digital ad campaigns, while continuously improving campaign effectiveness.
