Job Title: Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Supervisor to join our team.

  • Average working hours per week: 40-50
  • Expected work schedule: Night shifts, rotating days off

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assigned to work night shift: To ensure a smooth transition of tasks between day and night shifts, the supervisor will be responsible for coordinating with their team members to cover each other's duties during night shifts.
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports on operational results: The supervisor will be responsible for gathering data from various sources, analyzing it, and presenting it in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
  • Create and implement standards, holding people accountable: The supervisor will identify areas where improvements can be made and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency. They will also monitor progress and hold team members accountable for meeting expectations.
  • Oversee business operations: The supervisor will manage and coordinate the activities of their team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Able to multitask and perform timely reporting: The supervisor must be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines while maintaining accurate records.
  • Independent, fast learner with excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills: The supervisor should possess strong leadership skills, be self-motivated, and have the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for building strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Resolve issues and disputes effectively: In the event of any conflicts or disagreements, the supervisor will mediate and resolve issues promptly, fairly, and professionally.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role or equivalent
  • Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
  • Certifications: None required but preferred
