Job Title: Head of Production Systems

Lead a strategic leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence across global production ecosystems. A strong track record in leading transformation initiatives through structured, data-driven approaches is essential.

  • Oversee the roadmap to drive operational excellence through Better, Faster, Cheaper principles.
  • Spearhead strategic and operational projects within the Semiconductor Solutions segment.
  • Strategize, implement, and continuously enhance APS processes to align operational activities with business outcomes.
  • Develop and manage Operational Excellence Training Programs and Kaizen tools to promote continuous improvement.
  • Identify operational gaps and recommend solutions to ensure best practices across business units.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline is required. Extensive experience in operations, production systems, or continuous improvement leadership roles is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to deliver results through structured project management.
  • Drive customer-focused improvement initiatives.
  • Track and report on key deliverables such as roadmap milestone performance, project completion rates, and project adherence to schedule.
