Job Title: Operational Excellence Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and excellence across various departments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with experience in process improvement, customer satisfaction, and vendor contract management. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Efficiency: Identify areas for process improvement and implement measures to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement process improvements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring that they receive exceptional service and support.
  • Vendor Contract Management: Manage vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions, and negotiating new contracts as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations management
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications and data analysis tools
