Job Title: Operational Excellence Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Excellence Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

The Operational Excellence Manager will be responsible for driving process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency across the organization. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Efficiency: Analyze and optimize business processes to improve productivity and reduce waste.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, operations teams, and external partners.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a process improvement or operational excellence role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
