This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth daily operations of our outlets while continuously driving process improvements, team performance, and strategic alignment with top management.

  • Lead, supervise, and manage operational teams to ensure efficient daily outlet operations.
  • Streamline and improve processes, policies, and procedures while ensuring compliance through regular monitoring and audits.
  • Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives.
  • Conduct structured management training programs for Supervisors and Clinic Managers.
  • Define clear work tasks, responsibilities, and deliverables for team members.
  • Monitor outlet performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
  • Collaborate with top management to provide strategic input and assist in the development and execution of operational plans.

We seek a strong leader who possesses:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations, training, or management roles—preferably within the Retail, F&B, or Healthcare sectors.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with experience managing large teams.
  • Proficiency in strategic planning, operational implementation, and team development.
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong decision-making and persuasive communication abilities.
  • Able to work independently with a high degree of initiative and stress tolerance.
