Operations Excellence Manager

**Job Responsibilities
- Work with market operation leads to define Operations Excellence in Asia Pacific in the areas including but not limited to Shift Leadership, Unit processes, Health & Fire Safety and Customer Service
- Develop and adapt processes and tools to achieve Operations Excellence in each of these areas and implement through local operations teams
- Lead the development and roll-out of an operations checklist/ audit system to monitor our performance
- Identify issue and drive continuous improvement through analysing results from the operations checklist system & conducting regular regional audits with the local operations teams
- Work with APAC and local HR teams to ensure suitable training and development resources are available to help embed operations excellence standards
**Education/Qualification **_(Required and preferred education and professional qualification)- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, or any related disciplines
- 10-15 years of operations management with a minimum of 8 years of managerial experience working in F&B, hospitality, retail or service-oriented industries
- Experience in project management or training development is a plus.
- Proven track record in establishing tools and processes to help improve operations standards
- Experience working at a regional level is an advantage
**Knowledge and Skills **_(relevant work experiences, functional knowledge, business skills, language abilities, and people skills etc required for the position)- Excellent leadership skills with a strength in change management & organization development
- Proactive, self-driven, resourceful, with excellent learning agility, and interpersonal & influencing skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, fluency in another Asian language (e.g. Chinese, Thai) is an advantage
- Good command of software such as PowerPoint, Excel
- Travels within the region might be required
