This role involves supporting the effective management and execution of Cash Operations and Continuous Process Improvement initiatives. As an Operational Excellence Manager, you will play a key part in driving operational efficiency, ensuring service quality, and supporting the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- You will assist in aligning strategic directions with top management and translating them into actionable plans within Cash Operations and Continuous Improvement.
- You will also develop and execute short, medium, and long-term initiatives, roadmaps for the organization incorporating Operational Management, Lean Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodology.
- Additionally, you will support the implementation of a World-Class Operations Management culture by participating in structured daily tiered accountability meetings and promoting collaborative problem-solving among operations stakeholders.
- Develop and implement operational excellence strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
- Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering or Business Administration required.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean practitioner credentials preferred.
- Formal training or certification in Data Analytics or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) highly desirable.
- Demonstrated mastery of operational process management and re-engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing or Production capacity.
- Exceptional team and workshop facilitation skills.
- Strong business acumen.
