Operational Excellence Manager

The Operational Excellence Manager plays a pivotal role in driving organizational success by overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. This involves strategic planning, process improvement, team leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless business processes across departments by overseeing and managing daily operations.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to foster efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimize resource allocation.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and cost control measures to ensure financial prudence.
- C Coordinate with department heads to align operational activities with business objectives and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards to mitigate risks and maintain a secure work environment.
- Lead, mentor, and develop staff to build a high-performing operations team that is equipped to tackle complex challenges.
- Identify and mitigate risks to operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Evaluate vendor performance and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and reliability.
- 5+ years of proven experience in an operations management or similar role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to drive change and improve processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges.
- Proficiency in operations software/tools (e.g., ERP systems, MS Office Suite) to leverage technology for efficiency.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships and facilitate collaboration.
