  • As an Operational Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a busy lounge.">
  • You will ensure seamless guest experiences by supervising lounge operations and coordinating with various teams within the lounge.">
  • Your goal will be to maintain service standards, monitor occupancy, cleanliness and service flow, making real-time adjustments as needed.">
  • You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with airport regulations, safety protocols and hygiene standards.">
  • In addition, you will support staff performance by providing guidance, coaching and on-the-spot training.">
  • You will handle incidents, emergencies and irregular operations professionally and efficiently.">
  • Finally, you will prepare shift reports and communicate key updates to the Manager and relevant departments.">
">Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • ">
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in Food & Beverage in a hospitality or airline lounge operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.">
  • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.">
  • Excellent customer service orientation and ability to manage diverse teams.">
  • Familiarity with airport protocols, safety standards and guest service systems.">
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.">
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.">
