Key Responsibilities- Procurement Management
- Review and process purchase requisitions and orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Liaise with suppliers to negotiate prices, terms, and conditions.
- Manage company vehicle maintenance, including road tax, COE, and insurance policies.
- Administrative Support
- Handle company license applications and renewals, including ISO certificates.
- Manage foreign worker dormitory records and update in MOM website (OFWAS).
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external clients.
- Education
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level.
- Skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Pleasant disposition and good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates).
