Job Summary

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing procurement processes, maintaining administrative records, and providing exceptional support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement Management
    • Review and process purchase requisitions and orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
    • Liaise with suppliers to negotiate prices, terms, and conditions.
    • Manage company vehicle maintenance, including road tax, COE, and insurance policies.
  • Administrative Support
    • Handle company license applications and renewals, including ISO certificates.
    • Manage foreign worker dormitory records and update in MOM website (OFWAS).
    • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
    • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external clients.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Minimum GCE 'O' Level.
  • Skills
    • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
    • Pleasant disposition and good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates).
