Job Summary

At CLEAN SOLUTIONS PTE LTD, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Procurement and Administration Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement processes, handling administrative tasks, and providing support to our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations and place orders for purchases.
  2. Manage company vehicle maintenance, including road tax, COE, and insurance policies.
  3. Oversee the application and renewal of company licenses, including ISO certificates.
  4. Maintain accurate records of foreign worker dormitory information and update the MOM website (OFWAS) accordingly.
  5. Perform general administrative tasks, including office management and multitasking.

Requirements
  1. Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification.
  2. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with Mandarin-speaking associates.
