Procurement and Contract Administration Specialist

Role: Deputy / Assistant Manager, Contracts (Goods & Services)

This role involves providing comprehensive contract administration services for a wide range of goods and/or services contracts. The successful candidate will work closely with internal users to prepare cost estimates, bill of quantities, specifications, and tender documents, and advise on the use of appropriate contract forms. They will also administer the tender process and wrap up pre-contract clarifications for the award of contracts, as well as review various procurement and organizational initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive contract administration services for various contracts.
- Preparing cost estimates, bill of quantities, specifications, and tender documents.
- Advising on the use of appropriate contract forms.
- Administering the tender process and wrapping up pre-contract clarifications.
- Reviewing various procurement and organizational initiatives.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Procurement, Project and Facilities Management or Quantity Surveying.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in contract administration.
- Good knowledge of common software applications.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
