Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Contract Management Specialist to join our team at LTA. As an Assistant Manager, Contracts, you will be responsible for the administration of procurement activities for LTA's procurement ranging from construction to goods and services.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing support and expert advice on procurement procedures
  • Monitoring the progress of procurement activities to ensure timely award of contracts
  • Working closely with colleagues across various divisions in LTA


To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Tertiary qualification in Procurement, Project and Facilities Management or Quantity Surveying
  • Vast experience in procurement administration and preferably able to handle goods and services as well as construction related procurement
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Government procurement experience (with knowledge of the use of GeBiz and SAP system) would be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Access
