Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Procurement Contract Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Contracts Department, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive contract administration services for various goods and services contracts. Your expertise will help ensure seamless contract management processes, from tender preparation to final account settlements.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, specifications, and tender documents for contracts
- Advise on appropriate contract forms and administer the tender process
- Coordinate pre-contract clarifications and award contracts efficiently
- Administer contracts up to final account settlement
- Review procurement and organizational initiatives to drive improvement
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Procurement, Project Management, Facilities Management, or Quantity Surveying
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in contract administration (desired)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with common software applications
