We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR and Administrative Executive to join our team at SUN-DAC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Human Resource functions, including sourcing, recruitment, HR Management System, training, payroll, benefits, and off-boarding, as well as general office administration.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the HRMS, ensuring data integrity, system functionality, and timely troubleshooting and coordination with the IT vendor.
- Source, recruit, and onboard new hires, maintaining engagement with them throughout their career with SUN-DAC.
- Maintain and track employees' records and prepare timely, accurate reports for Management's decision-making.
- Process monthly payroll, including statutory submissions, such as CPF and IRAS submissions.
- Administer training, performance management, grievances, and staff disciplinary cases.
- Administer and assist with employees' queries on compensation and benefits.
- Coordinate the off-boarding process.
- Assist with any tasks assigned by Management.
- IT-proficient and competent with the use of Microsoft Office and HR Management Systems.
- Familiar with Employment Act and other statutory requirements and legislation.
- Able to multitask and manage time and deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, meticulous, accurate, and resourceful.
- Team player and independent.
- Minimum diploma in HR or Business Administration related field.
- Preferably with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
